BIG SMARKY

Flexible and economic laser system for marking plastic and metal materials even of big dimensions. The 415 mm. Z axis, the high quality of the laser source that gives the possibility to mark up to 180x180 mm. area and the wide working chamber, allow the integration of the accessories such as the plates micro-feeder or the rotating table for the production without operator. Managed with a notebook or fixed PC through the master SLC software.

Control:   Windows PC with PCI board, RS232 software SLC
Interface: PLC, data network (ethernet), digital I/O
Software:  SLC software for files management marking parameters defining. Accepted extensions SVG,
               BMP, JPG, HTML, PLT; control system for axis and camera for obiect centering, positioning and
               programming engraving cycles. Entirely developped in SISMA.
