BIG SMARK 800 C

BIG SMARK 800 C Nd:YAG 80W diode laser marking and cutting I CLASS complete with 100 focusing lens for a marking area from 70x70 mm, provided with water/air cooling system, work bench, personal computer with 19’’ monitor and proper software, machine provided with automatic Z axis. The available power is 80 W; to be connected at 230 V 50/60 Hz single-phase 2,7  Kw.

•Control=Windows PC with PCI board, RS232 Software SISMA Laser Controller

•Interface=PLC, data network (ethernet), digitals I/O, axes control, other auxiliary devices

•Software: entirely developed in SISMA, it processes the data or the imagines to be marked checking the laser and all connected devices completely, loadable files SVG, BMP, JPG, HTML, PLT

•Options: Rotary axis, dragging system with winder, dynamic measuring device, fumes aspirator, static clamping vice.
