How many cm of solid object can you print with just one vat?
How many objects fell from the building platform?
How many printing failures did you register today?
Is the first printed cm just like the last one?
FAST & ACCURATE
The patent pending ZTT (Zero Tilting Technology) enables extremely fast printing routines with uncompromising quality. The PTFE bottom of the vat is not subject to degeneration during the photo-curing process of the resin. The first layer will be precise and detailed as the last. The mechanical stress in the formation of the object is minimal.
The alignment and zeroing of the building platform take place automatically for every print job, without the need for any manual intervention, thus limiting any possible human error.
The resin cartridge types are automatically recognized by Tag RFID; the resin loading/unloading operations are automatically managed at the start and at the end of every single printing process.
EVERES Climbing the evolution
EVERES ZERO and EVERES UNO are professional 3D printers based on DLP "Digital Light Processing" technology, designed and built to offer a user experience which has never been explored before. Equipped with innovative patent pending technologies, EVERES is used in jewelry, medical, dental and industrial manufacturing markets. Each EVERES offers a Click & Make software function, self-alignment of the building platform, non-degenerative resin vat, high printing speed, self-loading/unloading of the resin: all these features provide the user an ultimate 3D printing experience.

Zero Tilting Technology (ZTT, patent pending): during the printing routine the vat is set fixed in the machine while the glass tilts after each layer has been printed, which allows avoiding a suction effect and does not cause mechanical stress layer after layer on the object being formed.
Smart Building Platform (SBP, patent pending): allows self-alignment and self-zeroing of the building platform at every printing cycle, eliminating any human calibration intervention. The automatic detachment function also eliminates the risk of breaking the newly printed objects.
Vat bottom in PTFE: the use of PTFE in the bottom of the vat, an inert material in the exothermic photo-curing process, allows for non-degenerative printing, granting a very high dimensional precision together with a high repeatability and reliability of the process.
Sisma, a growing path for over fifty years
SISMA is a reference on a worldwide level for the design and production of extremely high precision machinery and laser systems. Founded in 1961, SISMA can rely on the great experience it has acquired building over 130 models of machinery for the automatic production of gold chains. Today in the forefront of the development of laser systems, SISMA has been able to extend its know-how to the creation of production solutions for marking, welding, cutting, engraving and additive manufacturing. Being innovative, by vocation, SISMA combines a modern and independent organization of the production with a wealth of highly specialized human resources, thus guaranteeing the highest product quality and promptly responding to market changes and requirements.
