F2C/L, High speed machine for Figaro chain and single and double 3-color curb chain

Automatic machine for the production of Figaro curb chains, single and double welded curb in three alloy colors for wires from 0.25 to 0.80 mm, and, with a special electronic chain and cam chain collection plate, single and double standard chains and standard Figaro chain. The sequence of colors and long and short links can easily be programmed with a “touch screen” electronic selector. The chains can be hammered and diamond cut without any re-welding, preserving the original colors of the alloy. The machine is equipped with forced lubrication, chain density sensor, electronic speed regulator, three electronic wire tensioners, machine/laser isolation cover with fume extraction, microscope support and low voltage lamp.
