BIG SMARK is a marking and engraving system with an ytterbium fibre laser source. The laser source is installed in the base that supports the large working chamber (500 x 500 x 380 mm), which is accessible through a large manual door that opens on three sides.
The enhanced features of the source allow for engraving, marking and micro-cutting in line with the highest technological standards.

Machine detail
BIG SMARK features a large working chamber (500 x 500 mm) and a considerable range of available machining operations on precious metals, steel, brass, aluminium and polymers, ranging from photo-etching to plate cutting, from precise and detailed engraving to the deepest and fastest excavations, making it an extremely versatile machine. It is also possible to have automatic part recognition (Pattern Matching) in combination with the Coaxial Vision System (CVS). Maximum marking area 180 x 180 mm (F254).
INSIGHTS
The configuration featuring the most powerful laser on marking machines such as the EASY, BIG SMARKY and BIG SMARK, is suitable for cutting slabs. A dedicated device is available for the motorised plate pulling, complete with a fume extractor.
Thanks to the possibility of installing lasers with powers of up to 100W, it is possible to obtain engravings with significant depths.
