SWA 150/300 is a semi-automatic laser welding system on wheels, specially designed to carry out maintenance or repair work on large moulds.
The design of SWA allows the welding head to be positioned in hard-to-reach areas, especially when the workpiece cannot be moved due to its weight and size.
SWA is equipped with a Nd:YAG flash-lamp laser source with water cooling and fibre-optic transmission. This ensures high precision, consistency and repeatability of the pulses, making it suitable for all applications where reliability is a key issue.
Its robust and well-balanced structure ensures flawless performance even during extended working sessions.
The metallurgical welding quality meets the highest standards on all steels, copper and aluminium alloys.
SWA is available in two versions, either 150W or 300W average power.

Tilting welding head

INSIGHTS
Welding operations generate potentially toxic dust and fumes. If there is no suitable extraction system already in place in the workplace, Sisma offers an extractor unit comprising a pre-filter assembly and a main extractor. It is fitted with a combined HEPA and activated carbon filter, as well as a pre-filter. Maximum extraction capacity: 250 m³/h.
