LASER MARKING AND ENGRAVING SYSTEM

EASY is a marking and engraving system with an ytterbium fiber laser source.
Practical and compact, it has a 400×200 mm work plan equipped with centering slots and a motorized Z-axis with a stroke of 350 mm.
EASY offers a wide access to the working chamber with a counterbalanced manual door that opens on three sides, and has plate entry and exit passages.
It can be placed on any work table, or on a special base, in an assembly island or laboratory.

PRECISE AND COMPACT SIZE

EASY is a laser marking machine that, depending on the chosen set-up, is suitable for a wide range of processing operations on precious metals, steel, brass, aluminium and polymers, ranging from photo-etching to plate cutting, from precise and detailed engravings to deep and fast engravings. Possibility to have automatic part recognition (PM) in combination with the Coaxial Vision System (CVS). Maximum marking area 180 x 180 mm (F254).

Plate cutting

The configuration featuring the most powerful laser on marking machines such as the EASY, BIG SMARKY and BIG SMARK, is suitable for cutting slabs. A dedicated device is available for the motorised plate pulling, complete with a fume extractor.

Mass production with Pattern Matching

Pattern Matching (PM) is an additional software functionality to CVS (optional) that allows automatic recognition of workpieces on the worktable and consequently precise and repeatable positioning and execution of machining operations (marking, engraving, cutting, etc.).

Pattern Matching (PM)is a software modul that automatically recognizes one or more shapes, even simultaneously, and allows for consequent alignment and execution of the laser process (marking, engraving, cut, etc.).
Software FILL-IT for the generation of filling graphics for aesthetic effects. Able to reproduce effects such as perlage, sunburst, côte de genève, brushed, sandblasted and with the possibility of personalized effects.
Motorised spindles with numerous options of grippers.
Static vices for plates or with motorised plate pulling motorised, also with Vacuum Box for fume extraction.
