SWA F is a semi-automatic laser welding system on wheels, specially designed for carrying out maintenance or repair work on large moulds.
The special design of SWA F allows the welding head to be positioned in hard-to-reach areas, especially when the workpiece cannot be moved due to its weight and size.
SWA F is equipped with a 450W fibre laser source, which provides exceptional productivity, flexibility and efficiency.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE, NO MAINTENANCE

The fully articulated head of the SWA F allows welding even in particularly difficult areas, such as narrow, deep grooves, internal corners and external edges.

Excellent results are obtained on steels, copper and aluminium alloys, as well as on copper and cast iron. Depending on the type of filler wire used, it is possible to achieve high-hardness overlays, eliminating the need for subsequent heat treatments on molds.

SWA F offers total laser control for uniform and precise weld seams even at low power levels.

It has a multifunction console for setting parameters and manually moving the axes.
