AUTOMATIC PLATE MARKING SYSTEM FOR BIG BATCHES

MPX is a laser system exclusively dedicated to marking nameplates, ideal for large-scale production. MPX can accommodate up to 12 different formats.
The nameplates are automatically picked up from the loading magazine and transported to the marking area; once the operation is complete, the nameplate is deposited on an N-position unloading table. With MPX, it is possible to integrate an automatic nameplate turning system for double-sided marking and a barcode/QR code reader for code readability confirmation.

different labels (up to 12 different formats: min. 20×20 mm; max. 85×85 mm). MPX can perform the most advanced processes, with various integrations available, such as barcode/QR code reader, automatic film applicator, automatic flipping for front-back marking (for possible additional traceability).
