SWT is a laser welding system designed for the repair and maintenance of transportable moulds (maximum dimensions 400 x 400 x 320 mm and up to 120kg).
The 180° door opening system allows for easy positioning of bulky components.
SWT allows welding in complex spots, such as narrow and deep grooves, internal or external edges.
Depending on the type of filler wire used, high hardnesses can be achieved on the repaired mould, making subsequent heat treatment unnecessary.
SWT is available either in open (Class 4) or closed (Class 1) variant, and with either a flash-lamp Nd:YAG or fibre laser source.
