LASER MARKING AND ENGRAVING SYSTEM WITH ROTATING TABLE

SART is a marking and engraving system with two-position rotary table, which allows workpiece loading/unloading at the same time as machining to reduce downtime. UV and C02 sources are also available for marking on plastic, organic and inorganic materials.
The large working area (700 mm diameter table) allows high productivity.

STURDY AND VERSATILE

Repeatability and stability of results are ensured by the sturdy structure and high quality of the components used. The 50 W Pico MOPA source can handle long-lasting processes thanks to its water-cooled scanning head.
SART can be equipped with a coaxial vision system (CVS) with camera and an automatic part recognition system (PM) with automatic marking on scattered parts.

Mass production with Pattern Matching

The large size of the worktable allows for quick and easy serial machining thanks to the Pattern Matching system, which automatically recognises the object and performs perfectly positioned marking.

One possible way of entering the design
machine is by loading it by reading a
bar-code or QR code. Otherwise, it is also possible to draw directly from a company data base.
