ROBOTIC STORAGE SYSTEM WITH 6 PALLETS

WH-6P CBOT is a robotic storage system with 6 removable pallets, which can be combined with the BSP marking system.
Each pallet can hold up to 3 trays that can be customised according to the number and shape of the pieces to be processed. The collaborative robotic arm (cobot) works in complete safety without the need for bulky safety nets. In the event of a collision with the operator, the system will pause and then restart after confirmation.

WH-6P CBOT is particularly suitable when alternating between series production and special pieces is required, as it can easily switch from automatic to manual mode and vice versa.

USER FRIENDLY AND VERSATILE

All automatic load/unload, inspection and monitoring operations can be managed from a single interface through the SLC³ software of the marking system. The work settings are simple and intuitive: the robot is pre-programmed with a series of trajectories that allow it to load and unload parts safely. Processing codes can be written on the trays in bar code format and read directly by the cobot or with a handheld reader.
Cobot is equipped with an electronic gripper to pick up (internally or exterlally) objects on trays.

Pallets can be managed according to the number and size of the pieces; the system recognizes them automatically by reading their specific bar code and processes them accordingly. In addition, WH-6P can be interfaced with the company’s management system. All loading, unloading, inspection, and monitoring operations can be managed directly from the SLC³ software of the marking system.
The software also allows real-time compilation of a report on the processes performed.

Concurrent use of WH6 and Pattern Matching

The combination of WH6 and Pattern Matching allows for a higher degree of automation: picking parts from the warehouse, positioning, marking, checking, and storing finished parts, all automatically.
