Laser marking and engraving system for large size parts.

LWS is a marking and engraving system for large workpieces.
It is designed to be extremely flexible; the workplan can be lowered or removed to easily adapt to the size and weight of your workpieces.
The large portal, which opens on three sides, allows easy access to the work area at all times.
The Z axis is motorised, as are the X and/or Y axes if required.
Repeatability of results and stability are ensured by the robust structure and high quality of the components used.
In addition to marking (even isolated, in a single area) on bulky and/or heavy parts, LWS is the ideal system for performing long deep engraving operations.

DIFFERENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE

The LWS machine is available in several versions to meet different
requirements in terms of weight, part size and process type:

– LWS-M: manual X and Y axes; fixed worktable.

– LWS-M Plus: motorised X-axis, manual Y-axis; fixed worktable.

– LWS-A: three motorised axes; lowerable or removable work table; automatic door.

An XXL version with a 1215 x 1050 mm work surface is also produced.

Are available 20 W and 50 W MOPA laser sources. Maximum
marking size 280×280 mm (with 420 mm focal length).
All versions have software with advanced laser controls for the highest quality engraving and marking.

Mass production with Pattern Matching: precision and automation

Pattern Matching (PM) is an additional software functionality to CVS that allows automatic recognition of workpieces on the worktable and consequently precise and repeatable positioning and execution of machining operations (marking, engraving, cutting, etc.).

Marking of circular elements

The rotating spindle is one of the possible features of LWS. It allows machining of even large workpieces (maximum diameter 150 mm).

Coaxial Vision System (CVS). The viewpoint of the camera coincides with the optical path of the laser beam and allows the work area to be viewed directly in the programming software, greatly facilitating the construction of the machine program.

Advantages:

– High precision and repeatability of centering;

– Possibility of eliminating jigs or fixtures;

– Possibility of laser rework on the same part to achieve the required depth or finish.

Pattern Matching (PM)is a software feature added to CVS (optional) that enables automatic recognition of workpieces on the table and consequently accurate and repeatable positioning and execution of machining operations (marking, engraving, cutting, etc.).

FILL-IT software for generating filler graphics for aesthetic effects. It is capable of reproducing effects such as perlage, sunburst, côte de genève, brushed, sandblasted and with the possibility of customized effects.
