BSP GALWO is a laser welding system designed for the most demanding applications, where the highest precision and aesthetic quality is required. The excellent productivity of BSP GALWO is ensured by the scanning head, which directs the laser beam with maximum speed and repeatability; the fibre laser source allows excellent results to be achieved on all metals, including precious alloys. The sturdy granite structure guarantees the stability of the system, even in the most demanding conditions.
Among the many standard features are the CVS coaxial vision system, software-based process gas management, dynamic spot and power modulation, and motorised Z-axis.

INSIGHTS
In the Coaxial Vision System (CVS), the viewpoint of the camera coincides with the optical path of the laser beam and allows the working area to be visualised directly in the programming software, greatly facilitating the job setup. Advantages:
– high precision and repeatability of centring,
– possibility of eliminating jigs or fixtures,
– possibility of laser re-machining on the same part to obtain the required depth or finish.
Pattern matching is an additional software functionality to CVS (optional) that allows automatic recognition of workpieces on the worktable and consequently precise and repeatable positioning and execution of machining operations
