LASER MARKER WITH AUTOMATIC STORAGE FOR 64 PALLETS

WH-64P is a laser marker equipped with an automatic 64-pallet magazine.
It is suitable for a wide variety of processes, from marking to deep engraving, thanks also to the suction system designed to prevent the accumulation of dust produced by the engraving process.
The vision and automatic part recognition system, together with the control software, allow for unattended work cycles, with the system automatically shutting down when the work is complete, remote monitoring, and reports on what has been done.
The pallets are fully customizable based on the size and shape of the objects and the necessary positioning. The warehouse can simultaneously store pallets of different objects, and loading/unloading can also be carried out while the machine is in operation.

AUTOMATION IN COMPLETE SAFETY

WH64-P feautures advanced laser software control processes for significant improvements in the quality of engravings and markings.
The standard CVS (Coaxial Vision System) and Pattern Matching for automatic part recognition allow all parts contained in the 64 trays (dimensions 300 x 300 mm) to be processed fully automatically.
The maximum height of the parts is 40 mm, extendable to 150 mm by reducing the number of trays. The device is completely enclosed for maximum safety (Class 1).
