MYSINT200 is a 3D metal printer designed for the production of jewellery, fashion accessories and components for the watchmaking and luxury goods industries. With a maximum build volume of 202 x 202 x 200 mm, it is also ideal for serial production.

The patented Tilting Coater rapid powder coating system and the Dual laser option give the system high processing speeds. High definition details, when required, are ensured by a laser spot that can descend to 55µm.
The stable and uniform flow of inert gases guarantees reliability, consistent results, and economical management.

How do you create the world’s first luxury sportswear eyewear in Titanium?
After meeting SISMA S.p.A. for designer Davide Librellotto, the answer was clear: Metal 3D Printing.
Due to the complex geometries and the unique performance requirements of his sportswear-inspired design, traditional production methods simply couldn’t cope. Our Laser Metal Powder Bed Fusion technology provided the only viable path to bring this vision to life, unveiling design possibilities that were previously unreachable.

The optimized machine concept involves the use of the external module “MULTIPLO”, which enables loading, sieving and reuse of powders to be done easily and safely.
