AUTOMATIC AND SEMIAUTOMATIC LASER WELDING SYSTEM

LM-B and LM-C are semi-automatic and automatic laser systems for welding small objects, for example in the medical or jewelry sectors (LM-C), and for repairing molds.
Comfortable and silent, they are equipped with Nd: YA (Flash lamp) lasers that offer a wide depth of field and stable firing from the very first pulses, for consistent welding quality (Smart Spot technology).

FAST AND PRECISE

The 3 motorized axes with spindle (optional) ensure precision, rapid execution and repeatability. The operator has maximum freedom of action in alternating between automatic and manual operations.
The software that manages processing parameters, developed by Sisma, enables welding along linear and/or circular paths, recipe management, and optimization of welding performance by modulating laser power in the initial and final stages of the process.
It is possible to rotate the top of the machine for easy loading of parts.
