LM-D identifies a series of manual laser welding systems designed for high-precision applications on all metals, including precious alloys. The series consists of 5 variants customised to meet the needs of each user. All systems are equipped with Nd:YAG flash-lamp lasers, developed and manufactured in-house, and designed to guarantee consistent, stable and repeatable quality from the very first shot, thanks to the proprietary Smart Spot technology. All functions are controllable through a simple and clear interface on a colour touch screen, as well as from a push-button panel with mouse located in the working chamber. The ECO function, which deactivates specific system components during periods of inactivity, promotes economy. LM-D systems are comfortable for the operator, thanks to their ergonomic design and quiet operation. The working area is always clearly visible through a front window with protective glass. LM versions reach a peak power of 11kW and are equipped with an electrically height-adjustable table. LM-T and LM-DT versions also have a coaxial camera, which allows the welding process to be viewed on the integrated screen.
